Responsibilities for Customer Service Associate
 - 
  • Read and understand the process documents provided by the customer
  • Analyze the insurance claims and process as per standard operating procedures
  • Support for general building inquiries
  • Access customer records and verify customer account information.
  • Identify potential customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Place follow-up calls to customers to ensure their needs are met in a efficient manner
  • Develop problem solving abilities
  • Access customer databases, knowledge resources and technical applications to determine root causes and resolutions
  • Interact with client departments regarding escalations
  • Schedule a technician visit when needed
  • Attend job related training, new hire and refresher training
  • New product or service updates and product cross training. 
Responsibilities for Incident Analyst - 
  • Leveraging technology to issue all communications and providing key stakeholder management
  • Leading, driving, facilitating all investigation activities, meetings and conference calls
  • Forming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles and deadlines and ensuring these are completed
  • Ensuring all administration and reports are maintained and up-to-date including contacts information, technical diagrams etc
  • Supporting and nurturing process improvements and knowledge base improvements
  • Continually maintaining and developing tools and resources to manage major incidents effectively
  • Providing periodic major incident metric reports. 
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 - 29,400 and for incident analyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 38,500 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
