Job Location for TCS Recruitment 2023 - 

For service desk associate post, candidates will be working from home. If candidates opted for work from office, then job location will be Gurgaon. For international voice support post, job location will be Mumbai/ Malad.

Responsibilities of International Voice 
Support - 
  • Understanding and resolving the customer queries accurately
  • To ensure routing and escalating queries to correct department when required
  • To ensure CSAT target is met
  • The shift will be mostly night shift or early morning shift.
Responsibilities for Service Desk Associate - 
  • Provide Level 1 support for all in scope services
  • Act as a single point of contact for all user requests and resolve issues on first call or route to the appropriate resolving support group
  • Perform active case management and be accountable for end to end delivery of requests
  • Develop, establish and maintain call prioritization guidelines and escalation procedures
  • Provide a system status recording with status information such as major incidents and estimated recovery time
  • Ensure all the specified SLAs are met in accordance with the customer agreement
  • Maintain and drive the call quality keeping customer satisfaction as priority
  • Escalate customer concerns on timely basis and follow up to closure
  • Follow the quality parameters as specified by the quality protocol and process to be followed.
Educational Qualifications - The educational qualification details for this post is mentioned below.
  • International Voice Support - {12th pass or a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum one year of experience}
  • Service Desk Associate - {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum two years of experience}.
